  1. Terms.   This statement applies to BookADayRoom.com's products, services and website's worldwide (collectively, BookADayRoom.com's "Services"). Any displayed rates on this website are estimates only and do not include any additional charges that may be incurred at the hotel. The actual total will be calculated by the hotel in its local currency, based on the local taxes and currency exchange rate (if applicable) in effect at the time charging occurs.

    By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
  2. Use License.   Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BookADayRoom.com's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS

  1. Cancellation or No Show.   You may cancel a reservation before 4:00 PM hotel time one day prior to reservation date at no charge. Cancellations after 4:00 PM hotel time one day prior to reservation date are subject to a penalty and your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation excluding taxes. If you do not cancel and do not use the room, your credit card will also be charged the full amount of the reservation excluding taxes.

    If a hotel transacts in a currency other than U.S. dollars, BookADayRoom.com has to convert the "Cancellation/No Show" fee into U.S. dollars in order to process this transaction. Your Credit Card will be charged the equivalent of the "Cancellation/No Show" fee in U.S. dollars. We will use the currency rates of the European Central Bank.
  2. Personal Information, Credit Card Information.   A Credit Card is required to make a reservation. Your Credit Card will not be charged at this point, you will pay directly at the hotel. For your security, your Credit Card information is encrypted during the reservation process. This reservation has no booking fees.

    YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER BOOKADAYROOM.COM NOR ANY OTHER PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED TO THIS SITE ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, OR INTERCEPTION OR USE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SITES LINKED OR ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE.

    BOOKADAYROOM.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING OF CONFIDENTIALITY OF ANY COMMUNICATION OR INFORMATION TRANSMITTED ON THIS SITE OR ANY WEB SITE LINKED TO THIS SITE.
